7-Day Limited Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Request must be made within 7 days of your original purchase date
  • Content Consumption Limit: You have not accessed or watched beyond Module 2 of the Digital Takeover training program
  • Good Faith Effort: You have made a genuine attempt to engage with the available content and community resources
  • No Violations: You have not violated our Terms of Service or community guidelines

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You have accessed Module 3 or any subsequent modules
  • You have downloaded or accessed bonus materials beyond Module 2
  • You have shared or distributed any course content
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • You purchased the course at a discounted or promotional rate
  • You are requesting a refund due to "changed mind" after consuming significant content

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase via email at equisharerllc@gmail.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name and email address used for purchase
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Specific reason for refund request
    • Confirmation that you have not accessed beyond Module 2
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request

4. Refund Processing

Approved Refunds:

  • Will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Will be refunded to the original payment method
  • May take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer
  • Will result in immediate termination of access to all course materials and community

5. Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:

  • Reach out to our support team for assistance with any technical issues
  • Engage with our community in the private Slack workspace
  • Review the available resources and bonus materials
  • Give the program a fair chance to deliver value

6. Important Notes

  • This refund policy applies only to the main Digital Takeover course purchase
  • Additional services, consultations, or add-on products may have different refund terms
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that don't meet our stated criteria
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension
  • This policy may be updated at any time; current version applies to all purchases
